Pickett FLT Hybrid Trumpet Mouthpiece

The FLT mouthpiece from Pickett is a "hybrid" trumpet mouthpiece, consisting of a deep, flugelhorn-like cup with a trumpet shank. This mouthpiece is great for extremely soft and delicate passages, or for jazz musicians who are looking for the darkest tone possible on a Bb trumpet.

The FLT model consists of a deep cup, large throat, large backbore combination coupled with a shorter overall length.  This results in a dark, warm, and velvety sounding mouthpiece perfect for a solo.
