CarolBrass 5200-YST

CarolBrass instruments are produced in Taiwan, and are some of the best factory made instruments available today. CarolBrass is known for producing quality instruments at reasonable prices, and they supply parts to a number of custom builders, like Thane, Harrelson, Warburton, Adams, Schagerl, and others. 

The 5200 YST model features a ML bore, reversed leadpipe, nickel trim, and lightweight yellow-brass "37" bell. This trumpet has fantastic intonation and a very clear sound. It would be an excellent choice for almost any musical situation. The valves and slides are like-new, and have excellent compression as well as a smooth feel. There is a small amount of red rot in the leadpipe, but with routine maintenance, it shouldn't be an issue for years.
