Thank you for supporting our shop. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please reach out to us by phone or email. Returns are available with the following guidelines:
- All product returns for refunds must be fully completed within 7 days of receipt.
- Instrument sales involving trade-ins are final.
- All pre-owned mouthpiece sales are final.
- Retuned instruments are subject to a 5% restocking fee and a cleaning fee. Damage incurred during trial periods or shipping will result in a partial refund.
- Returns of new mouthpieces and accessories are subject to a 15% restocking fee and $10 cleaning fee.
- All international sales are final.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days, and credit will be issued to the original credit/debit card.
- Payment by check requires a 30 day waiting period for the funds to clear.
We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen merchandise being returned for refund or exchange. Please contact us if you are unsure of how to pack an item; we have lots of experience safely shipping instruments!
